Project Scope
Interior design for the entire property and remodelling of certain rooms in this newly built 3-storey bungalow.
Design Concept: Minimalist Luxury
In response to the client brief to create a tasteful environment for quality family time while separating work and rest areas, we crafted a minimalist luxury design to give the space a whole new identity and energy. Simple yet elegant décor was handpicked to spark interest and curiosity against the bold sophistication of textured stone panels and dark timbers.
Unique Features
Living Room
The cornerstone of the home, the living room was completely transformed to emanate a sense of grandeur with the raised ceiling’s double volume layout and mesmerising textured stone wall panels.
Every piece of furniture and décor was carefully selected to complement the rich palette of dark timber and natural stone with refined class. The strong and elegant ambience reflects the client’s distinguished career and personal charm.
Open-Plan Workspace in the Dining Area
An open-plan work and study area neatly positioned between the kitchen and dining area allows the parents to keep an eye on the kids while cooking, and for them to work alongside the kids during their study time.
For an added dimension to the minimalist luxury style, contemporary materials in the form of a high-end quartz countertop, laminated wood, and a stylish wall light contribute robustness and warmth to the atmosphere.
Kid’s Bedroom
The children’s bedroom was designed with the specific purpose of providing a fun, playful, and nurturing environment. A neutral palette of minimalistic Scandinavian colours featuring beige and off-whites keeps the energy light and inviting while buttons of different sizes and little rocking horse decorations feature prominently as cute design elements.
The room also includes a small study desk, a separate play area, and tall cabinets with plenty of storage space.
