Design Concept: Contemporary Elegant

Bold materials of various complementary tones brought together in perfect harmony give this residence not just an integrated aesthetic but also an air of classic elegance. This, combined with the decision to use an open space concept, has imbued the home a sense of spaciousness that flows freely from one area to the next.

In a regular and restricted space of 1850 square feet of condominium unit, different variety of materials from different division are used to create a multi-faceted level in house. In terms of layout planning, an open space concept was selected, in merging kitchen, dining and living space, to create a result of increase the sense of space ritual and airy comfortable living space. Particularly in design and concept for living space, is one of everyone's concern, and the style of the concept certainly create a favourable and lasting first impression.

Simplicity, gold inlay detailing, clean lined, and forms transform the space in leaving a lasting impression of elegance. Elegance itself is timeless, although the specific trends that are seen as “elegant” may vary from era to era. With the right elements, including vibrant colors, soft textures, and cool toned wood furnishings with detailed groove lines, the combination delivered the right feel in master bedroom. Besides, playing on light trough to generate an ambient lighting to illuminate the space, creating a sense of cozy and romantic vibes. It is elegant, sophisticated and full of special touches that make it feel like a 5-star suites.

Next, proposed an open concept wardrobe room for the purpose of fully integrate clothing with the character of the room, creating a true dressing room space seamless look to have matching storage solutions. Both child rooms are design in the unequal concept style with 13 years old girl, greyish and marble textured wall features applied to achieve a natural, and serene feel. Smooth and soft marble texture in natural vein patterns looking to transform the space in a unique and interesting way which have been ever popular and desirable.

Goes to a 10 years old boy, grey and navy blue color scheme played and turned it to an elegant modern bedroom. With the color in the list of most popular colors for cool interior, grey can act both as a soothing neutral and a dominant, accent hue in a room while blue can play the role of a protagonist and also supporting cast with equal ease.
