Interior Design Project Info

The key goal of the project was to create the future-ready and human-centric office space that unifies three brand’s namely, Nucleus Holdings Asia Pacific, Grayling Asia and Citigate Dewe Rogerson Singapore, by creating a holistic & innovative workplace experience.

The design language and aesthetic that were established at the early stage of the project, is based on the concept of hospitality, warmth and timeless elegance executed in a modern manner. A restrained, monochromatic material palette combined with greenery and Impeccable detailing, embodies the company values and creates a soothing, calming, workplace environment.

The focus on employees’ needs was one the core principle of our design approach, as the talent attraction and retention have emerged as key issue in the post-pandemic world. The new Nucleus office has been designed as the post-pandemic workplace of the future - the platform supporting social connections, and collaboration but also focused on work, in-person and virtual meetings.

Access to natural light, greenery, a variety of work settings, and technology-enabled meeting and collaboration areas enable end-users to be at their best. Our design provided spaces not only for creativity and collaboration - but also for concentration, and contemplation.
Implementing a diverse range of settings that employees can do their best work in, ranging from quiet focus areas for individual assignments to larger social spaces that encourage collaboration, innovation, and creativity.
