Spacious and secure, every unit in the Desa Park Serdang development offers a comfortable slice of modern living at its finest. A new resident here wished to capitalise on the expansiveness of their new abode and extensively personalise it so that it reflected their tastes and interests. To that end, a modern elegant interior design concept was customised with incredibly unique elements, resulting in a home that is outstandingly one of a kind.

The combination of a monochromatic palette and high end materials applied to this residence's interior give it an indisputable aura of subtle and distinguished luxury. Deceptively simple at first glance, every square inch of the home features subdued intricate details such as textured walls in the dining area which add depth without disrupting the overarching style.

Nowhere is this more evident than in the main living area of the house where a large black marble slab adorning the wall behind the television serves as the centrepiece. Framed by black fluted wall panels, it boasts beautiful veins that create the illusion of texture in an otherwise angular and smooth aesthetic.
