As you step into the private lift lobby, you're greeted by a captivating black faux stone feature wall adorned with an abstract art piece, harmoniously coexisting with a dark wood shoe cabinet.

Your path leads you to the living room, a symphony of design elements that captivate the senses. The wavy rose gold stainless steel wall feature sets the tone, guiding your gaze to the white marble TV wall, home to a sleek TV console. Next to it, a unique concave stainless steel structure houses a cylinder-shaped marble display and an artful wall lighting piece. Adjacent is an equally distinctive slim stainless steel shelving profile, adorned with LED lights to highlight art pieces.

The living area unveils a grand and luxurious sofa, exuding comfort and elegance, while a unique-shaped coffee table, an eye-catching green lounge chair, and a stunning customized green-toned carpet add a burst of color to the overall neutral palette.

The open kitchen, at the heart of the living space, takes center stage. The island, crafted entirely from a single marble material, serves as both a functional and artistic centerpiece.
