Double volume light industries premise, here we housed the collaboration between Frank Laurent Coffee Roaster representing black minimalist and Lee Motors Bodyworks & Bespoke Motoring representing the vintage raw industrial look, which focuses on rare, classic & exotics vehicles around the world - here we came up with industrial minimalist.
Red brick, terrazzo concrete floors, massive trusses used resemble the vintage, industrial look. To complement Frank Laurent signature clean & sleek cooperate image, stainless steel counter top along with black furniture and build up were used.
Making use of the double volume characteristic of the premise with the glass panels spanning from ground to ceiling, faux frames arch were placed to imitates traditional tall window. In addition to this, black massive metal trusses & plates form a hanging ceiling that draws attention to the space. Together with detailed lighting effects, further enhanced an industrial warehouse semblance within the space.
