Interior Design Project Info

The project briefing from the client emphasized their desire for a luxury office space that would inspire their guests and provide a separate area for VIPs. Our team worked closely with the client to understand their unique needs and aspirations, resulting in the development of a distinctive office design.

To achieve a modern luxury aesthetic, we carefully integrated each design element, paying special attention to the materials used. Highly polished white marble was chosen for the reception counter, creating a sophisticated and mature ambiance. A feature wall made of bronze mirrors adds a touch of opulence to the space. Golden elements, such as a gold stainless steel ceiling and pendant lights in the reception area, were incorporated to exude class, modernity, and elegance, leaving a lasting impression on visitors.

Upon entering the office, two separate entrances were implemented to distinguish the VIP room from the employees' working space, ensuring privacy and exclusivity for the VIP area.

Our design approach emphasized aesthetics and attention to detail, focusing on elements such as lines, shapes, and lighting to create a cohesive and uniform style. The arch and curve ceiling design were incorporated to harmonize with the existing curve space in the Jland Tower, providing a visually pleasing and integrated look. Additionally, the large columns within the office space were utilized as part of the design, maximizing seating arrangements while maintaining a visually appealing layout.

To promote employee well-being, we incorporated a designated area with green plants and a bench where employees can rest and relax, creating a rejuvenating environment.

The director room and VIP room were designed as private lounges, equipped with stunning facilities such as a pool table, karaoke setup, dartboard, and a well-appointed bar counter. The material selection for these rooms aligns with the concept used at the reception counter, featuring highly polished white marble tabletops, crystal chandelier lights, and a golden stainless steel ceiling, all contributing to a sense of luxurious style and ambiance.
