Believe it or not, we completed this living hall entirely via zoom. Thank you Alicia and Jay from Singapore who was willing to work with me despite the distances, letting me create magic through your first home.

Before the couple moved into the new space, they shared with us the floor plan and their favorite mid-century interior references. We work from the ground up, proposed inspo board with suitable loose furniture, incorporate their wedding prop and some existing home decoration into the space.

They wanted a wall-mount shelve, reading nook corner, dining table 8 seater in the same living hall area. We married everything they wanted into this area with mid-century elements. Achieving the desired look with a mid-century wall mount shelve. The open concept shelf definitely holds a lot of books and knick-knack that might pique the interest of guests when they come over. Each shelf was utilized to display their collection and incorporate with their new decor in! Sofas in this area were also positioned to create a cozy atmosphere for conversations. No matter where they sit, both sides have a nice view as one is decorative items on wall shelve while the other has a view of a dining feature wall with artistic frames.

This dining area is the first thing that guests see when entering the house, drawing the eye upward to the pendant lamps and quirky vintage drawings on the wall add loads of personality. Understanding that they like to make coffee and host people around, so we go for round table pairing with mid-century chairs ☕️
