Interior Design Project Info
The client is a reputable developer which is currently doing condominium development on the outskirts of Kota Kinabalu City, Sabah, Malaysia. The client is known to have a lot of residential projects in the past but decided to reach out to us to build a residential condominium showroom. They believe our design is something different than all the other interior designers within the area and wanted to explore a masculine/mafia kind of aesthetic, which our design team tried to achieve their expectation.
Elemen Utara was part of a series of different showrooms the Developer Client wanted to present to their customers. Ours was a very unconventional Residential showroom that resembled a mafia, masculine, contemporary concept.
Where we used diamond ground concrete floors, dark timber veneer whacky bar island, marble featured TV console, Buddha like artwork, and exposed chipboard features. So that everybody visiting the space never saw it coming, and gives the viewers the imagination that creating any type of environment is possible in that space!
