Project Overview
Interior Design Project Info
This is a home for our client, a strong and persistent woman.
With the least craving of wood texture, she would like to see a space with simple colours and free space to move around. First we have demolished the wall between the laundry and wet kitchen to achieve a spacious cooking area. Further furnished with classical subway tiles, traditional rustic oak wood tiles to match with the deep bluish green cabinets. Creating a pleasant cooking environment.
For dining area, by transforming the kitchen island to be partially a dining table helps to save some space compare to the traditional secluded dining table. Together with the kitchen island is another stretch of countertop for food preparation or coffee corner!
Living room would be a simple grey tone colours which brings simplicity to the whole space of green. A blackboard is introduced in between the dining and living space, keeping track of daily routines and information. A slim stretch of TV console lighten up the space further enhanced by ceiling concealed lighting.
At the end of this project, we hope to see spaces are used just on the daily needs with a little touch up on the design itself, a house would have its own definition which you would called it home.
