Dwelling filled with affection, dedicated solely to love and exuding a tranquil ambiance within the city. It functions as a verdant sanctuary for a young family, designed to be sustainable, eco-friendly, and have minimal environmental impact. Embracing sustainable living, we have maximized the internal space, utilizing passive ventilation and natural daylight, all while preserving its original form. The layout of the rooms revolves around a central air well, strategically positioned to welcome radiant sunlight from the rooftop. At the heart of this air well stands a single tree, the house’s only green lung, where one can truly unwind, reclining on a side bench and taking a leisurely breath. Furthermore, the front and rear sections of the house are equipped with vent blocks that facilitate the influx of cool air, enhancing comfort and offering basic visual privacy.
一个充满情感的住宅，专注于爱，散发出城市中的宁静氛 围。它作为一个年轻家庭的绿洲，旨在可持续，环保，对环境影响最小化。秉承可持续生活理念，我们最大限度地利用了内部空间，利用被动通风和自然采光，同时保留了其原始形态。房间的布局围绕一个中央天井展开，战略性地布置以迎接来自屋顶的明媚阳光. 在这个中庭的核心处, 一棵独立的树，是房子唯一的绿肺，人们可以在一侧的长椅上真正放松。此外，房屋的前后部分配有通风块，促进凉爽空气的流入，增强舒适性并提供基本的视觉隐私。
