This project showcases our commitment to redefining living spaces, creating environments that seamlessly blend modern aesthetics with functionality.
Our primary goal in this project was to transform this property into a modern yet comfortable oasis that is well suited for our client requirements. This design revolves around the principles of open space, natural light, and an earthy wood color palette. We aimed to create an environment where family, friends can relax, entertain, and find solace within the hustle and bustle of city life.
Project Highlights and key features:
Open Concept Living: The heart of this design is an open-concept living area, combining the living room, dining area, and kitchen into one harmonious space. This approach maximizes the sense of space and facilitates fluid movement throughout this house.
Natural Materials: We incorporated natural materials like wood, stone, and earthy tones to evoke a sense of tranquility and connection with the natural world, balancing the urban surroundings.
Bespoke Carpentry: To maximize functionality, we designed and installed custom furniture pieces that catered specifically to the house dimensions. Every piece was carefully chosen to complement the overall design aesthetic and also our client requirements.
Lighting and deco: Lightings are placed in strategic positions to enchance each custom furniture along with ceiling works, lighting points and downlights further enhancing the overall feel of the atmosphere.
Final Result:
The "City of Elmina Oasis" is a testament to our commitment to creating environments that harmonize with modern living that is tailored to each client's requirement and based on daily usage while maintaining a sense of serenity and sophistication. Our design approach successfully maximized the house potential and offered the owners a sanctuary within the city.
