The EchoHub Call Centre Office project is designed to create a comfortable, functional, and spacious work environment for a large team of call center staffs. Acoustic panels are strategically used throughout the office to minimize noise and enhance focus, while light and clean colors give the space an open, airy feel. A circular floorplan allows for smooth flow, with a central training room at its heart to facilitate ongoing staff development.

The office includes hot desks for flexible working, along with a dedicated pantry area where staff can relax and de-stress. Newly built toilets provide added convenience to accommodate the growing team. Additional features include manager rooms for supervision and a fun photo booth to boost staff engagement and morale, all while maintaining a modern and efficient workspace.
