Interior Design Project Info
A condominium owned by a young married couple who like to turn this property into a house for rent.
Instead of a fancy interior, the couple decided to go for simplicity to achieve cost-efficient yet comfy homely space for the tenants.
Except for electrical appliances & household items, design & renovation were fully proposed and completed by K.IN Studio. The ratio of furniture used is 1: 9, which only the kitchen cabinet being built-in, and IKEA loose furniture was fully utilized to cutting down the renovation cost.
The wall paint pattern is the main design to bringing the living & dining area to life. Instead of just using plain paint on a particular wall, basic elements(point, line, and geometrical shapes) & bright colors were used to make it a be-spoke art piece in the internal space.
