Taman Emas Bungalow is a boutique modern bungalow situated on a beautiful rectangular lot in an established neighborhood. The planning has been very efficiently maximized to by putting the rooms and kitchen on one side, and leaving another half open void over the livingroom, making if feel very spacious with high ceilings yet not that big a footprint.
The construction was quite a challenge as we had to demolish and rebuild from scratch on a tight site in a bustling neighborhood, so the construction coordination had to be perfectly organized.
