This two-and-a-half storey semi D is a dream retirement home to a business couple in their 50s and their two children who are currently pursuing their graduate studies. This resort themed home was designed in conjunction with a feng shui master to create a balancedinterior with a wealth ship that is seen sailing into the house from the main door, it is believed that it could bring good luck, wealth and abundance to the family. The study room was beautifully designed with an oceanic feel, creating an energetic and inspiring study environment for their children. It is thoughtfully designed with built-in desk and cabinets that brilliantly conserve the space. Central to this masterfulproject was the guest area on the ground floor which features a cosy lounge, a classy wine bar and a stylish island which are all created for relaxation while each room is perfected with the proper colour scheme that can ultimately manipulate the flow of energy and improve every aspect of the family’s life, the entire gound floor uses earthy colours to create a warm and inviting feel, with the aim to bring people together, fostering relationships with its pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
