A full-scope design and build renovation for a 3-story bungalow in Country Heights, Kajang, inspired by the modern luxury concept. This design incorporates high-end materials, exceptional craftsmanship, and prioritizes both comfort and elegance. It features clean lines, minimalist aesthetics, and the use of premium natural materials such as marble, wood and leather. The modern luxury style blends functionality with sophisticated design, integrating advanced technology, custom furnishings, and fostering a sense of openness and natural light. The result is a serene, refined living space that exudes exclusivity while remaining warm and inviting. This project took 8 months to complete, as we upgraded the house section by section while the client continued to live on-site throughout the renovation process.
