Located in the bustling area of The Scott Garden, this refurbishment project showcases how an efficient, modern, and relaxing work environment can be achieved on a low budget and within a tight timeframe.

The vision for Capital Cell Global was to create an office environment that balances high efficiency with a fun, relaxed atmosphere. This unique workspace design incorporates both sides of the office—one dedicated to productivity and the other to relaxation and creativity.

Achieving this ambitious goal required thoughtful planning and innovative design within a budget-friendly framework. The refurbishment aimed for completion within just one week, emphasizing repurposing existing elements while introducing a fresh and distinctive vibe. The design needed to be open and spacious yet effectively departmentalized to ensure seamless workflow and collaboration.

Embracing a style that blends modern, industrial, and natural elements, the design palette features shades of grey, white, and turquoise, matching the company brand identity. Key pieces include an artificial plant wall adorned with the company logo and a two-tone cement-textured wall finish, adding depth and visual interest to the space.

Capital Cell Global is designed with several unique features to enhance both functionality and aesthetics. A hidden one-way mirror glass door, along with other mirrored walls, adds a touch of intrigue and sophistication. A gaming TV corner provides a space for relaxation and team bonding, making the office environment both enjoyable and productive.

The project faced multiple challenges, including a short completion timeframe, a tight budget, and the need to seamlessly integrate old and new fittings. These were addressed through meticulous sourcing of fittings that matched the existing structure, ensuring a harmonious look. The budget was strategically allocated to areas that would create the most visual impact with the least cost.
