Capital Suite 位于新山淡杯路段，室内面积约为446方尺，属于一房一厅一卫的小型公寓。设计师以现代主义为美学基底，设计出混搭风的时尚住家，使用石材、壁纸与皮革、木作等多样材质复合出前卫、结合时尚与人文的氛围。设计师也通过利用落地黑镜的反射特性,在视觉上扩大客厅的空间感。此外，特殊造型设计的悬挂柜台，不仅化解压迫感，也增加了空间通透性。俐落的框线架构间保留局部空旷，创造空间的高度层次，加上大胆利用深浅色调变化，赋予空间独特的时尚美学。


Capital Suite situated along Jalan Tampoi new enhanced route in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The suite has an approximate area of 446 sqft contained with 1 bedroom, 1 living room and 1 toilet. The overall design is blended with the modern contemporary concept. Through the combination of different materials such as stone, leather, wood and wallpaper, create unique, fashion and cultural mix and match living experience. The design cleverly using the mirror effect in the living room, visually widen the space and reduce the sense of oppression at the same time. Suspended counter design beside the pantry area also helps to enhance the space permeability. In term of the color matching, it brilliantly incorporated with bold color tone, enhance the space with the unique aesthetic statement.
