CLIENT APPROACHED US WITH A TIGHT BUDGET FOR OFFICE ID RENOVATION WORKS AND A DATELINE FOR OFFICE OPENING CEREMONY. WE CAME UP WITH PRELIMINARY DESIGN PROPOSAL AND MANAGED TO FINALIZE THE RENOVATION COSTS AND APPOINTMENT WITHIN 2 WEEKS, DUE TO THE LIMITED TIME FRAME.
DUE TO THE TIGHT PROJECT TIMELINE GIVEN, THE EXISTING WALLS/ ROOMS WERE MAINTAINED. WE HAVE TO WORK WITH THE GIVEN SPACE TO FIT IN ESTIMATED STAFFS OF APPROX. 30 PAX WITHIN THE OPEN SPACE. IN ADDITION TO THAT, WITH THE TIGHT BUDGET AND DATELINE, WE HAD PROPOSED A CONTEMPORARY MINIMALIST SYTLE TO SUIT CLIENT NEEDS.WITH CONSIDERATION TO PROMOTE A HEALTHY WORKING ENVIRONMENT FOR CLIENT, WE INCORPORATED VERTICAL LANDSCAPE INTO THE COLLABORATIVE WORK SPACE. INTIALLY, IT WAS PROPOSED ON THE ADJACENT WALL NEAR ENTRANCE, HOWEVER, IT WAS RELOCATED TO THE CENTRAL OF WORKSPACE AS IT WAS TOO FAR OF THE DRAINAGE DISCHARGE OUTLET. THUS, WE HAD TO INTEGRATE THE WORKSTATION WITH VERTICAL LANDSCAPE. AS A RESULT OF THIS, IT HAS BECOME THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE COLLABORATIVE WORKSPACE.
