Design Concept: Modern Luxury

𝐀𝐧 𝐈𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐞

Located in the exclusive enclave of Damansara Perdana, The Rafflesia offers residents a place to live that is opulent both in terms of its surrounding greenery and its lavish abodes. Per the homeowner's request to further increase their home's level of grandeur, a modern luxury concept that achieved its goal without sacrificing simplicity was crafted.

The foyer creates a strong first impression and provides a prelude to what awaits in the rest of the palatial 4,120 sq ft residence. Elegant shades of white cover nearly everything from ceiling to floor, accentuating the impressive sense of spaciousness that already exists thanks to the home's majestic size.

White marble tiles guide the way inside where a plush grey sofa set encircles a grey marble coffee table. Marking the space without the use of physical partitions are the round grey rug underneath and the recessed ceiling with rose gold framing above. Helping to further establish this separation is the placement of the nearby dining area on an elevated platform and the choice of circle chandelier lights for illumination.

Off to the other side is the bar which uses elements such as decorative rose gold strips and black marble to visually set it apart without straying from the established palette. Here, a set of rectangular chandelier lights were installed to help create the desired atmosphere when the bar is in use at night. Past this area tucked away in its cosy corner is the living room where exquisite veined white marble slabs cover the wall that separates it from the foyer and subsequently adds to the living room's sense of restful privacy.
