Concept:
The intention of the pent house’s design is to seek silence in an urban environment. Sited at the centre
of Mont Kiara’s most crowded place, the design team has opted to bring in silence and calming yet
trendy ambiance in order to balance city’s stressful lifestyle. The result is a cosy urban paradise in the
middle of a bustling city.

Objectives:
The main objective to the design is to feature a pleasant colour palette, contemporary design concept
and an abundance of natural lighting that come together to form a stylish and welcoming home.

Design Style:
By blending a variety of raw materials and contemporary furnishing selections, the design team has
produced a cosy urban design that is compelling to the eyes and hearts of young urban family.
