Any customer who has worked with an interior designer, whether through our website or outside of it, can leave a review. Each review undergoes a verification process by our customer service team to ensure authenticity.

Can interior designers respond to reviews?
Yes, interior designers have the first right to respond to reviews. However, only active interior designers are allowed to reply. An interior designer is considered active if they have purchased a package within the span of two years. Interior designers with an active profile will be given the opportunity to view and reply to reviews prior to the review being published.

Interior designers can provide their replies to their assigned Account Manager. The Account Manager will then update the review with the interior designer’s response.
