WAD Design

Steve and his team were exceptional at visualizing and delivering what is promised in a short period of time. He was very efficient in managing all aspects of renovation and coordination to ensure all tasks ran smoothly.

The renovation is partially complete, left outside (the outdoor decking, spiral staircase, landscape and etc). Internal has been completed, for now, we're very happy with WAD design as they exceeded our expectations and delivered as per promised. They are very responsible and attention to detail too. Based on the current progress, we would strongly recommend it to our friends and family, and also to the Atap community. We hope the leftover part (the renovation of the exterior) can be handled well by WAD too.

Design is nice , quality of the work is mix feelings, depending on the contractor comes to work . Overall ID is responsive and accomodating and they able to complete project on time.

I hired WAD Design to renovate and extend my 2 storey terrace house. Work include renewal of electrical wiring, new water piping system and repairs on existing roof leakages. Happy with the designs for the room extensions. During warranty period, found out the old roof leakages still exist and also new at ones where the new extensions have been done.The contactor came and made some minor repairs but the problems still persist. Other complains are: - still flood on the floor after heavy rains. This has never happened before. - toilet sink blockage. - weak water from the shower. All complaints made before MCO, before end of warranty period. Contractor agreed to repair after MCO but is charging for the repairs. At this point I called a few other contractors to look at the affected areas. Their common comments are: Inadequate water proofing. Only one layer was applied (or none at all). They are done only at the joints. Cracked tiles are not replaced. Cement part of the ceiling (new roof) are not done properly and there are cracks. No water proofing done. The hole on the wall where the Astro Dish was attached to was not covered up after it was taken off. Hence the flooring on the floor. In the end i have to spend more than RM15k to patch up the old roof and redo the new extension roof. I can't help but feel cheated as I have stressed to WAD to address the leakage problems when i first hired them. So that is my experience with WAD design.

I only opt for their design services . The actual reno job was done by 3rd party as the provided cost is slightly high. Both Steve and Leong are creative and professional in coming up with concepts and design on the project. Definitely recommend them for their good service.
