Earlier I shared that I had engaged Themist Sdn Bhd / Zanish Group to do the job.
Feedback:
1. No site coordination and no site supervisor. Just leave it to contractors. Hence, many mistakes. Double work.
2. Long overdue and delayed. Awarded in Dec 2021. Suppose to complete in Mar 2022. Still not yet completed today, as of today.
3. Change specifications (to lower spec) during construction.
4. No follow-up on-site progress.
5. Pay a high price to engage ID but no value is added to the project. They just depend on their carpenter. Didn't coordinate or consider lighting which is very essential etc.
6. The list goes on...
