Eric from REVO is very patient and professional. We started discussing this project in early 2020, then bumped into MCO in March onwards, so everything was put on hold due to many uncertainties. Then finally, we finalized the designs and kick-started the renovation in July, Eric has been patiently providing updates and constantly engaging with me on the progress, as I am not based in JB where the project is. I am happy with Eric's services, and though there are bits and pieces of less satisfactory outcomes along the way, overall, I think the quality and workmanship are above average.
Good service, good quality, and good work. Eric and Xiaoqi were very considerate with the whole project regarding interior design, layout, and spaces. They came up with brilliant ideas according to our preferences that made our home feel like more than just a home. Really good work and value for the money.
