They are good, especially the electrical items chosen and the brand they propose. As for the carpentry and furniture, especially in the kitchen, need improvement or they should source other suppliers.
Some of the finishing is not neat. They should inform the client on the corner side (inside the cabinet) how to tackle the area better. For under sink, also we have to re-do the installation of water trap/flow and kitchen board. Plus an additional cost for the wardrobe where we opted to add accessories drawer, but it turned out the clothes will not properly hang (akan terlipat on the bottom of shirt).
My renovation with Nothelc Atelier has just been completed. But just a feedback to you, it was not a pleasant experience with this ID at all. Bad attitude, they were the only ones who were holding my house key aside from my mom, and we found curry stain on our new set of tables; the floor mark had major scratches as well, and they kept denying it was not their fault when the security log book has clearly shown that they were the last person to enter my unit. All these have been settled already, and they have decided to pay to replace the tiles. I will definitely not recommend them at all.
The experience was awesome working with them and exceeded my expectations. The communication is smooth, and even after-renovation support is good for touch-up/defect works. I will recommend them to others for sure.
The experience is good. The design was delivered as needed, and also provided advice on how the designs could be improved. Reno works were delivered as scheduled. Some defects were patched without hassle. Overall good experience.
Overall they are professional, and easy to communicate and deal with them. They helped provide a good solution for my bath reno space. In terms of workmanship, I am happy with how the bath has come out. The kitchen was ok too. Overall they are good for the paid price.
