Everything was good during the preliminary discussion on design and cost. Things don't go in line after confirmation. Realized a few materials changed without informing me and errors that I need to catch myself.

No proper protection during implementation unless requested. PIC assigned to manage the project was very accommodating but lacked experience. Many matters are not within his control and the timeline committed kept changing. The quality was bad and not up to expectations. Materials used were low grade. Due to timeline delays, the unit was completed in a hurry and delivered in messy condition.
