I don't recommend Maitreya Design at all after the terrible nightmares encountered with them. The reasons are:

1. No coordination of site works, just leave their subcontractor freely on site.

2. No supervisor on site to check and ensure work is carried out accordingly.

3. Carpentry works are super poor workmanship. Poorer than 2nd hand products.

4. Defects complaints never taken action. They will take back defective material and resend back the same broken poor material to fix back on site.

5. It's hard to secure appointments for site-visit together with clients.

6. Even after talking for hours about what's required to improve and rectify, only empty promises.

7. Material installed on-site was not as per the quotation and not as explained to clients.

8. Never commit to the handover date line. As the client, I was forced to postpone my move in 2 times.

9. MEP is not coordinated, and points and switches are not in the correct positions.

10. As a client I was forced to supervise and monitor the work myself. Also hired other contractors to redo the carpentry works.

11. Their contractor make the site a factory for production with no protection, my flooring most are damaged and I have to repair it at my own cost even though numerous complaints have been made.
