Grateful that I found JCS. In terms of pricing, I guess you can find others who can offer lower pricing. Though there are some detailed terminations that I believe could be done better, their time and project management are good.
It was delivered on time, and working with their site manager Anggie, is such a pleasure. We did have hiccups here and there during the renovation, but she attended to it in a timely manner. After-sale service is great, too. I would definitely consider JCS again for our next renovation.

Jack and his team were very flexible and were put under pressure from design to delivery within 3 months. Andrea was very helpful in coordinating the design team, and both Angie and Teoh were instrumental in the delivery and after-service. In the beginning, there were some hiccups in understanding what I wanted and once that was explained, the team were back in the groove, and everything worked out nicely. The built-in furniture was done and fitted very professionally. The painters (no fault of JCS) could have done a better job, but in the end, through the help of Angie and Teoh, all defects were taken care of. Overall, a professional team from A to Z. I got to Z in time, and I got what I wanted. Pricing - not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive.
