Because of Covid 19 and MCO measures, I have not gone to JB since January. The renovation stopped during the MCO period and is now still in progress. So far, Haute Interior Design is highly commendable and responsible. Jared offered great help during this period in terms of engaging with my developer on defect checks and rectification. Haute ID helped to purchase home reno items and oversight on my behalf. Regularly updating and providing recommendations/ suggestions appropriately. Workmanship-wise, not able to assess till we are allowed to go Johor Bahru. Appreciate having a trustworthy ID.
