After the prolonged construction period of 4 months for my 3 toilets/bathrooms. Goflex has delivered a very unsatisfied outcome of work to me. We both had discussion and Goflex agreed to hack and redo the 3 toilets for me at their cost by a 3rd party contractor by me. A few weeks later, Goflex changed their mind and only agreed to use the balance sum due to them to offset the 3rd party contractor cost, which is insufficient to cover my cost. I was kinda unhappy with this but they agreed to make good of their partially done work ie. painting, plaster, wiring etc. But a few weeks later, Goflex changed mind again and not agreed for me to appoint 3rd party contractor but they wanted to do themselves again the wetworks cos they can control their own cost and they still wanted to collect the balance sum due to them. I disagreed with this arrangement as i have already lost trust in their workmanship and words. I decided to proceed with my 3rd party contractor to use the balance sum due to Goflex to compensate my cost. However, Goflex informed today that they not agreeable with this and will abandon my work including those undone work. I am really disappointed and regret appointing them for my project. Such a waste of time and cost.
Very bad. They're not an interior design company. They're a furniture supplying company, substandard material.
Project expectations 2 month max delay till 3 months, but renovation total take time 5 month plus. Budget we have done negotiation is 180k, but end up 450k, keep changing the plan, but we can't change the contractor due to payment have been make 50% in advance. Both of the material, they said is high end material and can last long, but within half year we almost change all the light, even the wallpaper also didn't stick properly and we need to change.
I engaged with Goflex and Reno service last year for my bungalow house. Not only they keep on delaying my house renovation , they provided lousy qualities for my furniture installation. The most ridiculous is , they didn't finish their job and run off. So I actually now have court case with them. More over, their jobs done with so much defect , I need to hire other contractors to fix their leftover lousy job.
