We’re happy to have Yu Xun & Shin as the IDs for our first house. They always listen to customers' needs and share their professional opinions on every small aspect we might’ve missed. They will assist us instantly when we have any questions or concerns.
Overall, they're good. They listen, respond on time, and are easy to work with. Some details can be handled better, like schedule management, deploying contractors with good craftsmanship, and updating progress or issues to the owner actively. It is still acceptable as my ID is quite junior.
Carson was the person in charge of interior design for my 1st home. Carson's design is great, fulfils our expectations and he is very patient when having meetings with my wife and me when to discuss the plans. The whole renovation process was also on time, with no delay, despite being carried out during the MCO period. If really want to pick something which is relatively weak, for me I think is the wiring part. Not bad, but it could have been better.
