Total quotation: 40K (excluding loose item paint, tiles fan)
Complaint: His (Mr Lester) workmanship is very bad he put a door stopper on the sink cabinet door which is knocking on the shower screen main door - took 6 weeks to find out the colour & paint back and now it's flakey. The bathroom cabinet paint is a runny consistency.
Lester [from Conquest Studio] scolded profanity at my apartment This is very unprofessional of him & his firm. The outstanding issues were:
i) The glass panel in the toilet was been slammed consistently by another skincare wardrobe with a mirror.
ii) The finishing of carpentry was terrible and sub-standard all around the house.
iii) The main door - paint was very poor quality as it flakes out on Day no.2.
iv) Unevenness in their carpentry work overall.
v)Provided wrong measurements for bed
